You will work closely with My Costa Casa and the Architect to design your dream property. There are various build methods available on the Costa del Sol, so we will discuss your options and assist you in identifying the one that suits your needs best. Frequently asked questions

Many projects come with pre-existing plans and villa design. These can be adjusted or customised. Finishes are determined by the purchaser in accordance with personal preference.

However, if a bespoke design is required we will accompany you to the architect to discuss your ideas and parameters. A design will be prepared in accordance to your specifications and budget. (This process takes a little longer).

This will depend on the build method, anything from 10-18 months is realistic. n.b this can vary if licenses need to be applied for as timeframes can differ depending on the area. Contact us for specifics on the areas you are considering.

2020 construction standards follow sustainable practices and incorporate the latest innovative build techniques and technology. Installation of renewable energy solutions, high Spec. finishes and appliances are our standard.

Following the EU directive, all new build properties must have some form of green energy.

We can discuss and advise which would be more suitable to your needs during the process.

There are many plots available along the Coast. Contact us to see what is available at your time of interest. If we do not have one suitable we will conduct a search exacting your requirements.

n.b we will also conduct full due diligence on your selected plots to get exact details of what can be built according to the local town-hall regulations.

Villas will have an exceptionally high energy rating which will be awarded by independent and authorised surveyors.

There are banks in place to provide these, who are familiar with the design and build process.

Alternatively you are welcome to use your own bank as more providers are now accustomed to this practise, we can provide any details they may need.

Securities are in place to protect your investment. The type of assurance will depend on the project and the developer. Details of these will be reviewed by your legal representation when the time is right.

Of course, adjustments may need to be made according to the land’s gradient and consistency.  

To establish this, we would recommend that a geotechnical and topographical study be done at this time to give you an accurate price.
