The house we fell in love with and made an offer on was the first one we viewed with My Costa Casa. Sharon and Mark know their stuff when it comes to listing a good range of affordable properties and marketing them effectively. It was exactly what we were looking for. They also managed to negotiate €50k off the asking price for us. We viewed the house many times before completing and revisiting the property over and over was never too much trouble for them. They helped us with liaison with the vendors and vendors solicitors, which was a particularly tricky situation involving months of paperwork, always remaining calm and informative along the way. My Costa Casa have also given us advice on a few options for our adjoining empty plot that came with the house purchase so we hope to work with them again in the future should we decide to build on it.
