After several viewings arranged by Mark Richards on the Costa del sol we found a stunning villa with amazing views over fuengarola and the ocean too.
Mark arranged all the legal details at his end in Spain.
This took all the worries and stress away from start to finish witch in fact only took around 5 weeks to complete Morgage etc.
Buying a property abroad can be quite daunting with the language barrier wondering if your money is in safe hands?
We had a great experience I am very pleased to say.
Our villa will be going up for holiday rents until we decide to move permanently.
